NYC-based singer, fiddler, and guitar player, Jessica Michelle Semins, knows how to captivate an audience with her warm vocals and honest performance. Influenced by Americana, country, folk, and Irish music, her latest EP, Tracing My Tracks, is a compilation of five Americana cover songs, reinterpreted to reflect her musical roots. From coffee houses, to pubs and concert halls, Jessica has played at countless venues over the past two decades, including music venues in the heart of Times Square NYC and festivals across the country.

NYC-based singer, fiddler, and guitar player Jessica Michelle Semins, is a dynamic performer. Whether she's playing an acoustic set of originals with her guitar and harmonica or rocking fiddle tunes for thousands on a festival stage, Jessica knows how to captivate an audience with her warm vocals and honest performance.

In 2024, Jessica released her latest EP, Tracing My Tracks — a compilation of five Americana cover songs, reinterpreted to reflect her country, Americana, folk, and Irish influences. Her 2012 release, American Dreams, is a collection of seven original songs she penned herself.

Hailed as a "passionate singer and fiddle player" who was "born to be on stage" by the Irish Echo, Jessica has also performed with some of the most well-known Irish music groups in the New York area as a singer and fiddler, including as the original fiddler for the well known McLean Avenue Band. She is currently a member of the NY- based country/southern rock/Irish band, The Wooden Nickels, with whom she sings, and plays both fiddle and guitar.

A Long Island native, Jessica attended the Long Island High School for the performing arts, where she studied musical theatre. She studied Irish traditional fiddle under the tutelage of renowned Galway fiddler, Pete Kelly, and attended the University of Limerick's Blas Irish Traditional Music program in Ireland.

Over the last two decades, Jessica has performed at countless venues from concert stages to coffeehouses and pubs – including those in the heart of Times Square. She has also traveled across the U.S. performing in major destinations such as Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Disney World, as well as Celtic festivals across the country.
